The congregation of the church of Christ in Granby, Missouri, hosted the 2008 Third Annual Preachers Files Lectureship. The dates for the lectureship were July 25, 26, and 27th.

The topic for this years lectureship was
God VS the World

The Preachers Files is an organized online archive of sound Biblical material for the purpose of fulfilling the Great Commission of Jesus Christ to "go into all world and preach the Gospel"

People from over a hundred nations around the earth come to the Preachers Files Website to study online and to learn more about God's will for mankind.

Tim Hester is a third generation gospel preacher, who for the past twenty-three years has followed in the steps of his father and grandfather. Tim along with his wife, Amy, and his daughter, Betty, live at Theo, MS where he works with the Theo church of Christ. Over the past twenty-three years Tim has preached for congregations in Mississippi, Alabama, Kentucky, and Louisiana. Tim for several years has had part in both daily and weekly radio programs in Alabama and Kentucky. He currently is on WLRC in Walnut, MS with “Five Minutes Of Bible Study” five mornings a week and “Let The Bible Speak” a thirty minute program on Sunday mornings. In addition he has spoken on lectureship programs, gospel meetings, vacation Bible schools, and written for various papers.

Amy Hester was born in Jasper, AL to the late J. C. & Betty Calloway. She is a descendent of three generations of gospel preachers and church leaders. Amy has been married to her husband Tim for the last nineteen years, and they have one five year old daughter, Betty. Since her youth, Amy has been active in teaching women’s classes, Bible classes of all ages, VBS, youth camps, and campaign work. Currently, Amy live at Theo, MS where she is active in the Bible class program and other works of the congregation.

Tim spoke at the 2nd Annual Preachers Files Lectureship hosted by the Pelham church of Christ in Alabama. The Theme for the 2nd annual lectureship was "Let Brotherly Love Continue". Tim's lesson at that lectureship is available and can be downloaded and listened to here.
